WORSHIP
The vision of the worship ministry at New Life Community Church is to see people glorify God and enjoy His presence in a setting that draws people to Him, fosters intimacy with Him and freedom to express joy and lament, and where lives are changed as Christ is exalted and the Gospel is sung.
People being created in the image of God, but falling through disobedience at the suggestion of Satan. Mankind is therefore lost and under the sentence of eternal death. Only by the grace of God, through faith, on the basis of the work of Christ and by the agency of the Holy Spirit can we be saved from this condition.
The shed blood of Christ and His resurrection as the only ground for justification and salvation for all who believe. Only such as receive Jesus Christ are born of the Holy Spirit, and thus become children of God.
PRAYER
The Holy Spirit, whose work is to bring glory to the Lord Jesus Christ, and to convict men of sin, regenerate the believing sinner, indwell, guide, instruct, gift and empower the believer for godly living and service.
The Scriptures, that the sixty-six books comprising the Old and New Testaments of the Bible were inspired by God and without error in the original writings. They are the complete and only infallible guide for Christian faith and practice.
